When I started working at SpearfishingToday, Leo told me that everybody has his own freediving style. At that point I did not pay too much attention to what he said, but now I see what he meant.
As a guide, how do I recognize you in the water? What you are wearing would be most logical. But… wow…. more and more I see the way people dive and how they move in the water, then I know who it is and I double check on what someone is wearing.
Anibal dives like a bull. People say Leo dives like a ballerina (sorry Leo… jeje). I dive like a horse. I received this picture and I wanted to share it. What an elegance horse this is and what a power in the legs, hahaha.
But seriously, it is very interesting. Everybody does the same: holding breath, diving down and shooting a fish. But everybody has an own style. Not being influenced by MTV, a fashion magazine or friends. An own freediving style, 100% you.
