There is a new magazine in Mexico called “Deporte y Salud.” The name means something like Sports and Health. We were more than happy to work with them on an article about lion fish and spearfishing. What a good journalist and what a great photographer.
The article is called “La Pesca del pasado y del futuro.” I like the title a lot; it means “fishing of the past and the future” and that is so true. The future in fishing is being selective and taking out of the ocean with respect. Meaning when you have enough food, go and do something else.
Curious how to cook lion fish? Read the magazine. I would like to congratulate Anna and her team for taking this great initiative. The pictures you took are ready to hang above my bed. I love them!
