I love the ocean and I hate missing days in the water. If you’re there, then there is a very good chance that you will see something amazing…. if you aren’t there… then you will definitely miss out!
Our earth is a relatively small place compared to galaxies, universes, etc. Humans have explored space, been to planets that take years to get to… yet… there are portions of the ocean which no human has ever seen… that’s amazing. Obviously my free diving skills cannot take me to those depths… maybe on a good day ;)… but nonetheless… the ocean remains a frontier of exploration and missing a day means that fish you’ve always wanted to see may just swim by. That trophy fish is always out there.
In some weird way, it’s kind of like Facebook. Like my own little social media… only much more relaxing and productive. Many people… not me of course ;)… check Facebook often just to see what they’ve missed out on. Maybe one of your friends has a great story that you’ll want to read or some funny picture. You don’t want to miss out and to stay “in the know” you have to check your news feed.
Everyday the ocean news feed is different and I hate missing out on seeing that huge fish.
Later…. I have to go “check in”!
