I have to admit that I love to drink (Mexican) diet coke. Super cold, not shaken, not stirred, on the rocks and no ice please. Oooh, I love it. When Rodrigo worked with Anibal during his first few weeks, he told him “When Leo joins you on a trip, make sure there is a diet coke in the cooler.” Yes, Rodrigo, he told me you said that!!!!! To balance the habit a bit, I also love to drink spa water. Spa what? Let me explain…
Our good friend Pam is a wonderful person. She is Mrs Spawater.com. “For years, top spas from around the world have touted the amazing health benefits of healthy hydration and strive to create healthier more delicious and aesthetically appealing fruit, herb and floral infused waters to pamper their guests.” That is what inspired her to collect recipes and to produce them. I simply love them and consider them beautiful and refreshing!
Pam was here last week and made a special SpearfishingToday Spa Water. The deal was simple… She would make us fresh SpearfishingToday Spa Water and we would get her some fresh lobster. Pam made a Spa Water based on a delicious fruit called guanábana (soursop). It contains a significant amount of vitamin C, vitamin B1, and vitamin B2. There is also new research that shows it can fight certain infections as well as some forms of cancer. Pam made “the soursop aqua fresca” by slicing the fruit in half just like an avocado and then scooping out the fleshy part. She used three large soursops in total and added them to the blender along with a tablespoon of agave, then garnished it with pure sugar cane and a half of a soursop. WOW! What a delicious and refreshing drink to drink on the boat.
I’ll gladly state that drinking Spa Water makes you a better spearfisherman or woman. Or at least that you can dive way deeper after drinking it… but I wont, haha. I simply want you to take a look at Pam´s website: http://myspawater.com
On the picture: “the myspawater.com delivery boy” and myself and the parts of the deal… the fresh lobster and fresh SpearfishingToday Spa Water.
