The man on the left is my friend Mark. Mark always tells people how he met me. And indeed it is a funny story. Mark stays on Cozumel a couple of times a year. While staying right on the oceanfront he always saw a guy with blond hair swimming by, followed by a float in the morning. And “can you believe that?”, in the afternoon there he was again.
Mark got curious and found out that this guy is Leo, the spear fisherman of Cozumel. The guy on that triciclo. He contacted me and we went spearfishing together. Mark was one of our first guests. He kept spearfishing with us and I can honestly say, Mark became a real good personal friend.
This week we spearfished again together. Mark shot his first Permit this week and was soooooo excited. And I noticed that I had the same feeling.. Was so happy for him. We hugged and held each other in the water. Then I realized that Mark is always telling about me. It´s time to tell about Mark. Mark: I love you amigo!
