I would like to tell you a bit about a great adventure I had last Saturday. Yes, yes, yes, my job is really awful…. I feel very fortunate to get to know the good friends of Spearfishingtoday.com. This time I went out with Larry and he brought his friend Jay. It became a day full of adventure and new experiences for all of us. We were able to spear some good species of Spanish Mackerel. One for Larry and one for me. Jay got super motivated after that but was a bit unlucky. There are days that as soon as you jump in the water you see Mackerels passing by and that will be what it is like for the rest of the trip. When the visibility is not at its best and some colder streams are in the water that is when it happens. It is fantastic! Mackerels are curious, though super fast as well. All and all it was a great day, Larry did more than 30 dives he told me after the trip. For dinner Larry, Jay and I shot Barracuda, Triggerfish and Snapper as well .
Larry and Jay: thank you so much for a great spearfishing trip.
So when you are planning to visit the beautiful Caribbean waters of Mexico, come freediving and spearfishing with us. You cant get fish fresher than this. We depart from Cozumel and Playa del Carmen. Leo and I promise you a great adventure and maybe you as well will experience a super Mackerel day. Hope to see you soon!
